one of my rubber is tacky and another completely non-tacky. I clean my tacky rubber after every session using a wet sponge with drops. let it dry and apply the non-adhesive protector sheet and take out any air bubbles.

But for non-tacky rubber, i just wipe it with wet sponge.

And keep the bat in the case.

am i doing right? Do i need to do anything for non-tacky rubber ?

Perhaps instead of water, you could consider getting a dedicated racket cleaner. and yes you should consider also getting a protector for your backhand. non-adhesive sheets also stick to non-tacky (grippy) rubbers. you could also consider an adhesive sheet but maybe not for tacky rubbers.

That's it, you are doing everything that is needed. Don't bother with a cover for the non tacky rubber. These covers are sticky themselves and just collect a lot of dust and other crap and end up not sticking to the rubbers quite quickly.

but non adhesive sheets also stick well and for a long time too and are better than having no protective sheets. they're relatively cheap too. you dont need any brand for non adhesives. just find some off ebay or aliexpress and theyll work.

not on non-sticky rubbers they don't.
Take for example the Rozena from Butterfly, I had to buy the sticky plastic sheets and they collect dust and crap real fast and stop sticking to the rubbers and i have not found a way of cleaning them,

I have a different opinion on this. I use the Nittaku adhesive protective sheet, I don't use water to clean my (non-stiky) rubber, I just "breath" on it and use a microfiber cloth to clean it, then apply the adhesive protective sheet. Once every 2-3 weeks I rinse the Nittaku prot. sheet under water and let it dry for a minute or two, so all dirt is removed from it and it is becoming like new! I can use such a prot. sheet from more than a year and it is quite cheap!
iu

I haven't tried similar products from other brands, as I am VERY pleased with those Nittakus.
