USATT is rolling out a new platform to help clubs manage membership (working with some org. called "Just Go"). I can imagine they are implementing many changes in the background and have decided the first weekend in January to be a reasonable time for it to be down without interfering with too much...

They rolled out Justgo in early December. If you go to usatt.justgo.com, be sure not to ignore the 'Important' message when signing up. This message wasn't there when I signed up back in mid December, but I actually did the steps mentioned because I didn't want to accidentally create a new member profile/id. I'm reposting the message here as a PSA:
IMPORTANT!
If you have ever been a USATT member, please return to the Log In page use the same email associated with that USATT member account in the Username field and then select "Forgot Password?" This will send you an email with a password reset link. Once you have set your password, your account will now be activated on JustGo.
If you have an existing USATT member ID, but are unsure which email address is associated with it, please DO NOT create a new account. Instead, send an email to
[email protected] and we will find the correct email address and send to you.
