Is it worth peeling of the glue if it looks like this?

I just took off the rubbers of my blade and my Dignics 05 and Dignics 09C look like this while I'm trying to peel off the glue because I want to glue them again on the blade:

Here is a video of me trying to peel off the glue from the D09C:

Is it worth to reuse them or should I buy other rubbers?

These are quite used already(more than a year I think). and if the sponge looks like this I think it's not worth glue-ing them again, no?
I'm using the Revolution 3.0 normal viscosity glue and It's too hard to peel off the glue. it just destroys the sponge.
What glue do you recommend that is easy to peel off after?
Also, I noticed that the rubber comes off too easy on the margins of the blade after using it. I'm usually applying two layers of glue on the rubber and one layer on the blade.

DHS 15
Stick these on your spare blade if you must, but that sponge is massacred
Yeah, I bought DHS 15. I will try it when I will receive it.
Do you guys peel off and glue your rubbers again from time to time? Or once you glue them you keep them until they're gone?
Also, how do you do when you have to re-boost your rubbers?

I try to not peel off the rubber and just stick it on until it's done - but that isn't always possible. However when there's a thin and even layer of glue on the sponge, I don't bother peeling it off even for reboost.

Spring Sponge is quite easy to rip (as you have noticed). On H3 orange sponge it really isn't an issue, that stuff can resist anything. I will pull off the glue layer every time on those sponges just because it's that easy.

how many layers of glue is that? i am using Rev.3 glue myself and it most of the time comes off in 2-3 pieces, but i'm using denser (chinese) sponges. it works the best if i pull it as low as possible and away from the sponge.
