Hello friends and tt ppl

Currently using timo boll alc and stiga hybrid hard.

The problem is, they only are available for me to buy in 2,2mm thickness. Could you give me an alternative on another rubber that is similar and i can get in maybe 1,9mm or 1,8mm thickness? I think it would reduce the weight and give me more control in my blade? would like to get the weight as low as possible.

only recommend brands like andro, xiom, butterfly or stiga.

I have played with xiom vega but dont remember which one but it was nice!

Usually glue 2 layers on racket and 2 on rubbers.

Would it also be different if i did maybe only 1 on blade and 2 on rubbers?

Whats your experience? Thanks!

If you can only pick from those 4 brands, a bit hard to find something in the ballpark of the Hybrid H.

I don't think Xiom have anything that would resemble the Hybrid H and for Butterfly the only hybrid is the 09c.

Best bet would be the Nuzn 48 or 50. I tried out the 48 on a friend's racket. I thought it was quite good and didn't feel that it was lacking control in any way, but your idea of controlled may differ.

You must glue the rubber with precisely 2.81 layers on the sponge and 2.917 on the blade, or it's going to be no good.
oh well because I thought 2.97 is the ”sweetspot” when gluing rubbers to alc type blades?

Otherwise in wood blades the obvious answer is 1.87524 and with 15 strokes only to spread out the glue
