Truls got really close to breaking Lin's momentum by winning that insane point earning him a game point, but Lin was just too good.

Kallberg and Ranefur now both must win, or else, adios Sweden.
LYJ is not unbeatable - low probability yes, but zero no. Truls' weakness (and super power) is that people hesitate when facing unpredictable stuff. But Kallberg plays his best against predictable stuff.

It is crazy but Taiwan put LYJ in the #2 spot - talk about confidence - so he only plays again if this goes 5.

they are betting on the younger kids win at least one match (to get to match 5), because if Feng and Kuo loses all their matches they can’t win anyway.

But having Lin play the decider is so much better than having an inexperienced kid do so.

Why isnt Chang Yu-An playing, or at least even in the squad list for Taiwan, Ive just seen him shown in the stands on the broadcast. He is definitely better than Hung Jing Kai and Hsu Hsien Chia, proving it by getting to semis of senior asian cup, and same level I would say as Kuo (Kuo looks to be. He also seems to not play the Youth Champs even though he is a top seed (2024 and 2025). Is there a problem with him and the national team or? Otherwise there should be no reason hes not playing/on the squad list. @Tony's Table Tennis should know?

Ranefur was ultimately the player that made me change my mind about the traditional warm up. Some other people made similar arguments but he was the highest level player I saw make it - recommend his youtube channel once more, not the usual stuff you get, it is much more philosophical about table tennis.
