Boosting Layers.

I have H3N Prov OS 39 deg on the way with haifu national yellow. I asked on reddit but want to make sure on here since i trust this forum a little bit more than reddit. How many layers should i do? Ive been told 1 layer should be fine since OS 39 deg is already "soft" as is. If it matters, the blade im putting it on is a petr korbel.

if you know that it is already soft then why boost it at all ?????
I use commercial H3 2.15- 40 un-boosted, what i am trying to say is that maybe the good approach might be to glue the rubber on the blade un-boosted and give it a try. Then you can decide if you need boosting or not .

I didnt say i know it was soft. I said that people have told me its soft enough as is and putting two layers on would make it too mushy, hence why ive been told 1 layer should be enough. This came from reddit so I dont know whether there correct or not.

When it comes to boosting ask 100 players and you will get 100 different opinions.
