There's a lot of crap about it, but this is not supposed to be anything else than a limited edition collector's item. Prices aren't going to be realistic from a usage point of view because the target audience is mostly people who are going to put it in a frame on display (or in a climate controlled cabinet for preservation).

Looks great, I wouldn't buy it because then I would want to play it.
