  4. New Rule Approved! Coaching Between Points 2016!

It is important to know that these rules are not just started by rumours and then magically come into effect worldwide. ITTF have a process which is followed and these rules are proposed, then voted on by worldwide representatives (45 in this case) annually. This one was passed at the 2016 BoD...
  5. Yoshimura Maharu Service Breakdown with Siva (2nd Iteration)

You are getting a lot of spin and variation which is good. Something to work on is that, while the serve is short due to the backspin, it does bounce quite high on the first bounce in many instances. A "good" opponent could step in and slap or flick it back with an attacking stroke forcing you...
  6. World Team Table Tennis Championships 2016

So, basically, chances are England will go out on penalties again...
  7. ITTF Reaction to Timo Bolls critics of tuned rackets

There are some proposed rules changes put forward by the Athletes Commission (headed by Samsonov) to counter boosting. There are also other proposals to improve/change the ball to test for friction, which I find lower with the plastic variety. It is a long read, but worth it as this is the...
  8. Return grip to my rubbers

  10. Top 10 annoying situations every table tennis player has encountered!

    13. You are one set ahead and four match points in hand. Nothing could possibly go wrong now, right? (start at 42m15s if it doesn't automatically do so)
  11. Yinhe Big Dipper - Review

That's a problem I had with all tacky rubbers I've tried, and why I much prefer the non-tacky variety. There are a few Chinese ones available. For passive blocking, tacky rubbers are pretty much useless so technique needs to be adjusted a lot.
  12. Euro feel Chinese rubber

See my post here: http://www.tabletennisdaily.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?8742-Attacking-Close-table-setup-with-Yinhe-T-11&p=92788&viewfull=1#post92788 Most of those can be found on eBay and take a few weeks to deliver from China depending on your location. I am currently using the Palio Hidden...

  14. Attacking Close table setup with Yinhe T-11+

Yes, I know, but those were my findings :-) Mainly I found Sun quite difficult to block with and usually ending up with the ball off the end of the table due to bounciness. All my rubber "reviews" available here: http://www.tabletennisdb.com/table-tennis-rubber-reviews.php?user=blackbird74...
  15. Attacking Close table setup with Yinhe T-11+

Hi. I've been using the T-11+ for about a year now, and prefer rubbers that allow me to attack at all distances, especially close to the table. I've tested quite a few with this blade, and since it is quite a fast blade, would not recommend fast or bouncy rubbers. I tried some of the chinese...
