keep your legs moving, when you first play at high level events your legs tend to be a bit stiff and jelly, even if you've stretched and warmed up well. keep them moving and if your forehand is your better stroke, don't be afraid to run around and loop it when they chop to your backhand.

Firstly, as what Carl said, changing the blade is probably where you want to go, not the rubber.. The Innerforce ZLF is a fantastic blade, but it's not the only good one. I currently use Omega IV Europe both sides, and I can confirm that it's a very nice rubber. I consider it a cheap version...
