Celluloid balls make a return!

ITTF have reversed the decision to bring in plastic balls world wide from June 2015 and celluloid balls will be used once again in competition!

What are your thoughts?

Too bad it is a joke. If it was real, it would show the ITTF finally made a good decision. But, we all know the ITTF isn't capable of that intelligent a decision.

See, if you really wanted this to be good, it would have read:

"ITTF have reversed the decision to bring in the new plastic ball world wide; starting June 2015 an all new 40++ celluloid ball will be used in competition! The ITTF have accepted the failure of the plastic material to make a consistent and durable product and are hoping that the larger sized celluloid ball will slow the game down enough to make the rallies more exciting for the viewing audience."

I could almost believe the ITTF would say something dumb like that. hahah. Good one Dan.
