Actually bought a NUZN 48 from TT11 on offer - think its a sign from the TT gods! That way I can try on my IF-ALC one last time. Just switched back to my MLC and 05fx on fh on weekend and played very well at a tournament!

That will be too slow! The only other thing worth considering is NUZN 48 or 50

Thanks, I think you are right and that's why I have been reluctant to take that rather expensive gamble. I guess I will just end up taking that chance in the end!

I tried Victas Sticky and Sticky Soft and they give control but affect my smashing and driving too much. I only use 1.9 05fx on my fh so it's not that bouncy tbh. I have tried 05 loads of times but i find it too hard and limiting.

There definitely is a difference. It might be speed, bigger halls are generally less humid.

Playing in small local league 1 table venue is massively different to playing in larger halls! Is it a good idea to have a couple of slightly different set ups? Maybe max on fh for big halls and 1.9 on fh for small rooms or a slightly different blade (probably practically difficult) or even...
