he said the way he got in is a friend of his is an agent for players and helped him find a random team in 5th division. he played really well and moved up to a really good 4th division team. then after that he moved up to 3rd division but stopped to be a full time coach in DC. he said for me I need to keep training and make sure I get really good, then when I get older and better he would also help me get into a lower division team and keep training and work my way up to the top. all this while hopfully being on the us national team and competing in wtt
Sounds like a good advice.
So why are you looking for more answers?
Many have provided extremely helpful answers in the first thread already.

where do you read he played at 3rd devision? i could only find him play at verbandsoberliga nord that is 6. division and with ttr only around 2000 wich is pretty low considering that you want to go way higher. find yourself a coach that has at least 2200-2300 ttr and actually played 2nd or 3rd league to get higher! only those players who played where you wanna be at know what it takes for you to get there
Two matches in the 3. Bundesliga. Once in 2023 and the first one in 2018. He played one season Regionalliga before the promotion and that was almost ten years ago.

yea, his best world ranking was #52
A good player doesn't necessarily make a good coach.
Sure, they will know of the ins and outs of what it was like for them to play at that level, but that doesn't mean they know how to apply it to your situation, or even if they know how to explain something well.
Vice versa, some of the best coaches are people who never managed to break through, who know exactly what to do but just didn't get to execute it themselves for whatever reason.

Instead of rating coaches by their playing performance, it's more accurate to look at their coaching track record. If someone has coached 10-20 players who have made it to Germany, they'll likely know how to get someone there.

What makes you think getting onto the US national team will be easier than getting into 6. Bundesliga?
I never said that. getting onto the US national team is definetlly harder then 6. Bundesliga. the players in 6th bundesliga are way way lower in level then the US national team. I dont know why you think I thought that

Your are a ways off playing in Germany or for the US team at the level ...yet, but aiming high and training hard is a great way to think!. Why not aim that high ? You have a fair bit of your side and hopefully the will to keep training and getting out there to get really good wins.... and hard loses. Both improve your quality. Kudos and good luck.

You intend to already be playing on the national team by the time you move to Germany at 18. On top of that you want to represent the US internationally while still playing in Germany. At least that's what I've gathered from what you've posted.

I don't know if you have rich parents or what, but this is already more expensive than the majority of people can ever afford, and is extremely luck based even if you train extremely hard with the best coaches for 40h/wk like the asians are training. There's probably a hundred million players out there who are better than you and the gap widens every day compared to the people who will become professionals in the future.

To accomplish one or the other is an immense thing already and will take everything you and everyone who supports you has, I don't know where you intend to find the surplus for the other.

I'm not saying to not do it, because you're young and you've improved pretty well, so I think you have a knack for it and should make an attempt, but I've been trying to emphasize that you need to have some serious talks with coaches and your parents in regards to what is actually possible for you and your finances, then find the highest chance avenue (probably still single digit %) and hammer that one. Last I checked you made a thread last year and nothing has changed at all, and probably nothing will change in the future either, you just want people to give you answers and placate your dreams.

,but why not try to aim for MLTT? Sounds like a much more realistic plan in terms of logistics, the competition levels below it are (relatively) easier to work through, and you can do all that from the comfort of your own home, speaking your own language, using the resources you already know.
I have been wondering does anyone know aproximentlly how much mltt pays per season?

You should read the earlier threads.
This thread shouldn’t even exist lol
I have, and I thought the same too, but I thought I’d be a bit generous lol…

Just finished reading all the posts of this 75 post thread when really it should’ve only been like 10 posts lol

What you mean? We still don't know how much MLTT pay for players and how to get to Bundesliga division 2 and 3
