  1. Difference between Hurricane 3 Neo Provincial Blue and H3 Neo (Provincial Team Pro) Blue

This is a topic I rarely see discussed in the forum, and I'm curious to know the differences between the 2. The Hurricane 3 Neo Provincial Blue that is commercially sold, I have played and used before (2 sheets). There's another version of the Provincial Blue that is supposedly only for the...
  2. rubbers for Nittaku Hina Hayata H2

The tried and tested Hurricane 3 Neo Provincial Blue, can't go wrong with one especially if it's boosted, I believe even Hina herself is using the rubber. Any Hybrid Rubber that is more tame/not very aggressive (Tibhar Hybrid K3 Pro) like a Stiga DNA Dragon Power or Tibhar Hyrbid MK.
  3. rubbers for Nittaku Hina Hayata H2

The J1 played very well in the first 2 months with it, now it feels more like 80% of the original rubber, lacking spin, and it has gotten even harder to activate my Surge's carbon layer.. Durability is not a virtue of the J1, the J2 and J3 seem to have the same issue too. A lot of players in my...
  4. Xiom Hayabusa ZL Pro or ZLX

I find this blade and the DHS PG7 ( a 7-ply ) to be very similar, the difference for me was the rubbers used. Maybe try changing the rubber? I've found even starting 5-ply blades to play better than an outer carbon with the right rubbers, so it could be a rubber problem. I have plans to change...
  5. Xiom Hayabusa ZL Pro or ZLX

I've played with my friend's ZL Pro, he's also on this forum. For me it felt too slow, but I'm used to playing with fast blades. It has very good control, I found it great for blocking. The fiber doesn't do much for me, at most a little bit more speed than other blades with similar composition.
  6. Can Hurricane become faster without boosting!?!

Wasn't really hate, more like I couldn't use its full potential. I played really well in practice and simulated matches, but would fail under real pressure.
  7. Can Hurricane become faster without boosting!?!

I switched to a hybrid after a year of using Hurricane 3 Neo. I have never played better. The hard sponge and top sheet makes it too hard to execute good shots under pressure.
  8. Can Hurricane become faster without boosting!?!

Breaking in the sponge mechanically is better than chemical treatment, since it helps the durability. But I found it hard to achieve even 70% of a boosted hurricane when i broke in my Hurricane through long-term use.

  10. rubbers for Nittaku Hina Hayata H2

Chinese rubbers pair really well with the H2, so you could try that. Hurricane 3 Neo Provincial? You can also try a hybrid. I can vouch for the Stiga DNA Dragon Power.
  11. What song are u listening to now?

Ghost by Hoshimachi Suisei W song, goated preference
  12. Interested in playing long pips.

Any good long pips to try out? I'm interested in playing long pips, i played with my coach's old senso racket with Bluegrip C2 and Donic Spike X2, and found it was really fun to play with. I've only played LPs 1 time, and that was a quick 10 minute session with the same racket. I produced quite...

  14. Xiom Vega Korea

My previous BH rubber the Vega Korea, I use the DNA Platinum M now. It gave me really good control and spin, but i lacked confidence with it and found it would bottom out on me. I use the Plat now, it's very fast and spinny, even more with my blade. I loved the Korea when i was developing my...
  15. Any European rubbers that can replace Hurricane?

I currently use the Orange Sponge version, after a quick 15 minute test with it on my Surge HC: It's easier to use than the blue, i think i'll stick with the Hurricanes. I've used Donic Acudas, Bluefires, Stiga DNA Dragon Power and Platinum, and the Fastarc G1 on the forehand. But none of them...
  16. Stiga Surge Hybrid Carbon

I got my Stiga Surge Hybrid Carbon. 84.7 grams, 6.14 thickness. I've only had my Platinum on it, i ran out of funds for FH TwT. Impressions: Seems to be quite stable, i had really good control. Arc was low with the Platinum, but more testing is required. I overthrew a lot with the Platinum...
  17. Central Blade Thread (EJ welcome)

How about the Xiom Hayabusa ARX? Same koto outer layer, just that the arylate carbon has been switched out for aramid. It also seems to be quite light too, with most being under 89 grams.
  18. Omega 7 Pro

I have not used it, but why not try the Omega 8 Pro? It's one generation newer.
  19. How do I add weight to a racket?

I would want the blade to be more heavier, since thats what I'm used to. I'm just concerned, since most blades that are light play pretty badly, especially I terms of feeling
  20. How do I add weight to a racket?

I got myself a Stiga Surge Hybrid Carbon, and the weight is a little worrying. I asked for the heaviest which was only 84.7 g. I'm a little concerned, as my current blade has a 4-5 grams of difference. My friends blade is around the same weight as my new one, but his racket was head heavy, with...
