  1. Daily Table Tennis Chit Chat

It is also important you consider the factor that your parents might not be able to afford the practice. Its great that you love table tennis so much, but dont pressure your parents too much! :p
  2. Ask Liam Pitchford a question!

Hello ttQuweky123.. Im not liam, but this is kind of a dead thread.. I'll try to answer your question anyway. Instead of reaching for the ball, you need to move your feet more, and always be nimble on your toes. This way you can always be ready to hit the next backhand.
  3. Daily Table Tennis Chit Chat

Mark V will last a very long time. I had mine for a year and a half, it still works but I thought it was time for an upgrade. I personally don't prefer stiga blades. As UpsidedownCarl said, you should definitely replace the rubbers on a blade you already have. I would recommend more equipment...

  5. Just curious

Why do pro coaches like Ti Long, or WRM-Gucchy not play in national and international competition?
  6. Backspin flick against backspin ball?

Is it possible to do a backspin flick and if so how do you do it ?
  7. Boosted H3 vs Boosted H3N?

H3N has a glue sheet on top, which makes it faster and spinnier
  8. Any midpriced carbon blades? (Around $90 - 120)

I'm looking for a carbon blade for my very tacky Chinese rubber. Fast, maybe OFF to OFF+
  9. Chinese style FH loop technique

I'm using tacky Chinese rubbers but can't quite grasp the concept of the 'chinese style loop' is there a special way to do it? I've heard about dropping your shoulders and using your hip but to understand I need more in-depth detail
  10. Do rubbers really 'break in'?

    Do they
  11. First blade opinions

I would suggest Mark V, it's a good rubber for intermediate and advanced. Its also very good for learning. Not the fastest or spinniest but very forgiving in shots and the control is good. For the blade I suggest something not too fast, maybe an ALL or OFF, depends on your playing style
  12. Help me chose new equipment

As other people said, don't replace your blade. Try different rubbers and see which ones you like. If you like rubbers that allow you to control and manipulate the ball as you said, try a slower rubber like DHS hurricane 3 for your fh.
  13. Rakza series vs Tenergy?

Well, depends on your playstyle. If you don't care about the control and you can control the ball yourself speed does matter. Generally im guessing people wouldn't go for the Rakza 9 because there is simply better Rakza's in the series that have a good speed like itself. Like Rakza X
  14. Recommendation of Light Weight Rubbers

Nitakku fastarc G-1 is pretty light and fast, or just try any stiga rubbers.. they're generally quite light
  15. Anybody know anything about the Stiga Neos Sound rubber?

Hey, a friend of mine is getting this rubber but we can't find any videos on it. Anybody have any experience or information about using it?
  16. Non boosted Hurricane 3

Hm I think it's H3 provincial (not neo) and yes its on fh
  17. Rakza series vs Tenergy?

Rakza 7 supposedly has more control and a good throw angle for most people. It is also medium tacky and has a good amount of grip that makes looping and brushing underspin balls a cakewalk. If you're buying a rakza rubber, I would suggest rakza X, or rakza 7
  18. Forehand Topspin

Instead of directly contacting the ball, try using the grip of your racket to bite the ball and brush it over the table. It doesn't have to be that fast, first just focus on getting it in.
  19. Boosters for Chinese rubbers

I'm getting back and forth answers on another post about whether I should use a booster or not on an H3. If I was going to get a booster, which one should it be? Dian chi, seamoon? thankyou
