  1. lobbing technique

The basic technique is to try to play lobs to the end of the table giving some tospin, which makes the ball bounce so it's harder for the opponent to play a precise smash. Of course, adding a sidespin would make it harder to pick up, but it also increases the risk of missing the table...
  2. Rubbers for Primorac OFF-

Speed : M3 Spin : slow hits = S3, fast hits = M3 Control : S3 Generally I liked S3 more, it's enjoyable rubber, very soft so I wouldn't use on FH for sure, but on BH for players who like very soft rubbers should be good choice. On the other hand M3 is a more recent rubber (but of course newer...

Before I used Acuda S3 on BH, it's very soft rubber but very enjoyable, I liked to play slow but very spiny BH flicks which was difficult for many players about my level. I know that a lot of people playing with soft rubbers like Yasaka Rakza 7 Soft, but probably you know this rubber.

Anyway, it's obviously a matter of taste when it comes to rubber hardness. And I'm not sure whether FX-S is softer than R42 because probably both have ~42 hardness.

Hi First of all, I must mention that I'm not a really good player and I don't have much experience with different rubbers either, so my opinion is not really significant :) I rate it well, it's pleasant to play with it, but I'll probably change this rubber now to something a little harder...

  7. Tibhar Evolution FX-D

Hi, so your are not too happy with the C1? Have you already dealt with the FX-S and are you able to describe the difference? I guess that probably C1 is less bouncy than FX-S, but has better durability. I am asking because I currently have FX-S on BH and I plan to test C1 on BH at the next...
  8. Looking for sth to play with BTY Primorac OFF-

You are right, I had Primorac with Acuda S3 and Bluefire M3 and playing away from a table was difficult. After changing them for harder rubbers it is much easier to play in distance, also control is better.
  9. Tacky rubber similar to G1

But the c48 is probably much faster (more bouncy) and is more difficult to control than the G-1, isn't it?
  10. Tibhar fx-p vs donic m3

I'm guessing they are very similar in terms of hardness, spin and speed. I'm currently using the Donic M3, but will be switching to the FX-S in a week. I know you asked for FX-P, but probably FX-S has very similar characteristics.

  12. Rubbers for Primorac OFF-

Yes, I'm lucky. I bought this blade 25 years ago, then stopped playing but fortunately I kept it all the time in the cupboard in a cover and it is in a very good condition. I have heard that these newly produced Primoracs are not of such good quality anymore.
  13. Rubbers for Primorac OFF-

Thanks for the advices, it now remains for me to decide whether Rozena or Rakza 7 / Rakza 7 soft. I see that Rozena is rated as not very fast but a very pleasant and well-balanced rubber.
  14. Rubbers for Primorac OFF-

Hi! Maybe someone has experience with Primorac OFF- (mine is japanese 20-y old) and could recommend what rubbers work well with it. I currently have Donic Acuda S3 on the BH and Donic Bluefire M3 on the FH, both 1.8mm. I'm intermediate player, my technical level is not high so I don't want a...
