    I own also and use Stiga Infinity VPS with G-1, if you have problems to punch with you backhand isn't rubber related, look for yours skills: body position, timing, etc. Have you tried G-1 with less sponge?

    Are you sure you want to change from 7 plies all wood to fiber blades? 7 plies all wood blades have more feeling depending the brand & model can compete with the same power & speed than fiber blades, also are more flex than fiber blades allowing to made more spin.
