  1. Beating the plateau at low intermediate level

You will be the first one ever to try a tenergy 64 fx in the whole galaxy in the last 10 years, please let me know how bad it is 😁 😁
  2. The optimal style - two wing looper

:ROFLMAO: Two winged looper with a good and relaxed technique is no more injury prone than any other style really... And rewarding for many amateurs of any level, especially the ones who like a journey of self improvement (No amateur is in it to gain money, they are actually the one who sustain...
  3. FT/FS: DHS Long 5, Butterfly Primorac Carbon, Tibhar Powerwood Stratus, OLD Avalox P500, OLD Stiga Clipper classic, OLD Stiga Eternity

@victormanriquey it doesn't let me send images privately so I just put it here. It has some dings on one side (not on the face of the racket), due to aggressive cuts and stops over the table
  4. Should I try Super Viscaria ?

I am at a similar level of playing as you are and whenever I play against someone with a viscaria super alc (and I have done so many times), I notice that the spin is just plainly less than with almost all other blades I play against. But it is very fast and direct, so I think it suits well...
  5. WTT Contender Taiyuan-2026 (7 - 12 April 2026)

Ok, you are right, he wasn't an absolute unknown (because no one is), I'll choose my words better: he was a relative unknown, but the point of the post is the same even if you go nitpicking one word out of it.
  6. WTT Contender Taiyuan-2026 (7 - 12 April 2026)

I would like to remind you all that An Jaehyun was an absolute unknown player when he got to bronze medal in his first ever world championship. I think Korea has a very good depth of incredibly good players, and sometimes being unknown is an advantage (just imagine if Hashimoto came out directly...
  7. ITTF Men's and Women's World Cup Macao 2026, 3/30-4/5

Incredible match. Won by Wang Chuqin on an incredible Matsushima who is already here. This seemed like a Ma Long vs Fan Zhendong of some years ago, I really hope both can keep up this level of table tennis and repeat this spectacle many more times. Special mention for Felix Lebrun and LYJ who...
  8. FT/FS: DHS Long 5, Butterfly Primorac Carbon, Tibhar Powerwood Stratus, OLD Avalox P500, OLD Stiga Clipper classic, OLD Stiga Eternity

I haven't really thought prices as I am more interested in trades than in selling, but I guess I will put the prices for the most recent ones at least
  9. FT/FS: DHS Long 5, Butterfly Primorac Carbon, Tibhar Powerwood Stratus, OLD Avalox P500, OLD Stiga Clipper classic, OLD Stiga Eternity

As the EJ bug is biting on me again, I would like to trade out some of the blades I have used through the years (preferably european union as I don't know the costs of shipping outside of it but I imagine they are steep): 2023 DHS Long 5, sealed, used 1 year, good conditions, FL, 90g with...
  10. FS: DHS Hurricane King Wang Chuqin FL

Hello! Are you interested in a trade? I have a DHS Long 5 and a Primorac carbon that I would gladly exchange for your blade
  11. Boosting Hybrid K3

I have used K3 before and I loved it for the first couple of weeks, and I think @Airoc got it right, I think it is the initial stickiness fading that you feel, and I don't think booster will help you with that (I haven't tried though, K3 was already too soft for me to begin with).
  12. England Nationals (Mark Bates Ltd Senior National Championships 2026)

I'd say Pitch was a solid global contender in his best years and sometimes he looked like he could break through and reach top10. Don't know what happened to him, his playing level just went down naturally or did he have injuries?
  13. Post your latest EJ purchase

Tell me more on that DHS H3N 42 from PROTT, I use 40 and I am happy with it - after three layers of booster that is, two right before attaching it the first time, one more 2-3 weeks later. I am afraid to think how many layers of booster that monster need :D
  14. Inverted player - Embarking on long pips journey with ALC Blade

Last year I tried to play as a modern defender for 6-8 months or so, mainly for the fun of it. What I can say is that it certainly was fun, and I felt my forehand was slightly stronger with a lighter and slower blade (tons of spin made up for the speed loss). When I actually wanted to win the...
  15. WTT Champions Chongqing 2026 Presented by AITO (10 - 15 March 2026)

Wow the semifinals were up to the hype. If I was betting man, I would now place two bets: either on Felix beating Wen in a 7 set thriller or Wen winning 4-0 or 4-1
  16. WTT Champions Chongqing 2026 Presented by AITO (10 - 15 March 2026)

Wow these matches were incredible, they reached unbelievable levels in these quarterfinals. Sora Matsushima is unbelievable, I think he is the only one who has (more than) a chance with Wang Chuqin, and he played out of this world. LYJ and Harimoto, Felix and Hugo, these matches were an absolute...
  17. Big Upset with W968 Golden Grand Slam Version

I don't want to be rude here, but it is up to you to inform yourself on the properties of what you buy, it is not a secret that limba and DHS blades splinters quite easily, which really say nothing on their quality (playing quality I mean) and I would certainly look up how to protect it if I buy...
  18. My Butterfly Dignics 09C Review: Why I think that most amateur players should avoid it

I have asked myself the same and I think the answer may be as simple as: good hurricane 3 was quite unavailable until some years ago to anyone who wasn't chinese. In recent years we are seeing more and more non-chinese pros using hurricane 3 on forehand (I'm thinking quite many Korean and...
  19. What is the meaning of CONTROL in a game?

I haven't read all the answers, but here is what (or rather whom) I think about when I hear the ball "control" related to table tennis: Alternatively I also think about this other amazing control: There are no players like them in the current generation, which is a pity, they were...
