Tried it once a couple of years ago on someone's zjk alc back when I played with K2 and didn't like it particularly. Not tacky, etc. IMO, Xiom c-series use a different technology for the top sheet, it seems at least a bit tacky.
Higher altitude -> more rarefied air-> faster/spinnier ball
Hotter/dryer air -> same
Humid/cold air -> slower/less spinny ball
Random air circulation -> unpredictable ball
Basic stuff.
Imo, halls with higher ceilings invariably tend to be large halls either with lots of people or non-trivial...
I've got to say that his idea that halls with higher ceilings result in "higher air pressure making it harder to play" is utter bollocks.
P.S.: Wouldn't surprise me if he said something completely different and it was mistranslated.
I had to switch away from K2 after rotator cuff injury. Decided not to risk it again, hence the experiments over the course of the last year with something easier to play with like K3 pro/C55/Dignics 09c. Playing with C52.5 now, feels very balanced.
