83-84g blades and 181-184g rackets, that's the ideal to me and that's what I'm currently using. I've been using anything from 179 to 191 before.

Hardly a reference chart. I have Acoustic, Violin and Ludeack, and no way Violin is softer than Acu, it is also just a bit slower, but not that much. Ludeack is faster and a bit harder, not softer.

The confusion might be probably because there are two F3s. The old one had kiri core and different type of carbon, I don't remember which one exactly. It was replaced years ago with the new F3 which is ayous and Alrylate carbon, if memory serves me right, and it plays differently.

Two years on, and I have just ordered the same exact combo - out of sheer curiosity. Currently playing with Acoustic/ Gold Arc 8 both sides.

Have you tried GoldArc 8 with your Acoustic?

Coming from D05 to G1 on BH would be quite a shock, because G1 topsheet, in contrast to D05, is slippery on a thin contact and you need to engage the sponge to get it controlled. So BH flicks, bananas, backspin lifting could require a lot of adjustment. I'd rather go for Vega X or, even better...
