  1. Best Chinese Alternatives to D09c Tier List

And added weight, which can be even bigger obstacle for already often heavy rubbers. So perhaps judging them with no booster or minimal amount of it to make rubber good would be valuable. A bit too many variables, I know 🙂
  2. Best Chinese Alternatives to D09c Tier List

To be honest with properties like reaction to booster and tackiness it looks more like a personal favorites list but nothing to do with D09c as D09c get boosted less frequently and only mildly tacky. Comparison of playing characteristics and how much adjustment in strokes is required would be...
  3. Pimples in rubbers

For inverted rubbers a flat layer over pimples reduces the difference. For pips out rubbers once in a while block may produce very strange bounce. I guess it's less when chopping.
  4. Friendship 729 battle 3

Has anyone tried it with Falco booster?
  5. boosting Big Dipper2 and Bloom speed

I use 5 lbs math book for it 🤣
  6. Dignics 09c vs DHS Hurricane 3 Blue versions

Shouldn't it bounce low and dive shorter than anticipated instead?
  7. boosting Big Dipper2 and Bloom speed

Not much when it's like on the 2nd picture with hill like dome. Interesting that I never had such tube like dome as on the 1st pic after 2 layers, I put as least booster as possible though. It was enough to turn H8 into a cannon. P. S. Does Igor complain about treated long pimples as well...
  8. Friendship 729 battle 3

OK, let's say 39d, which is about 52 ESN or 42 BTY like G09c. Glayzer has very elastic top sheet, which grabs ball really well, likely not the best for powerful topspin to topspin rallies but works well in over the table and close to the table game.
  9. Friendship 729 battle 3

Just curious how easy it would be to do a FH flip with B3 38? Just looking for something relatively similar to G09C but a bit faster.
  10. boosting Big Dipper2 and Bloom speed

Looks good to glue to me
  11. Dignics 09c vs DHS Hurricane 3 Blue versions

Why? You can send it more forward than upward. For short balls below the table it's more important to grab the ball and keep it long on the rubber while making arc with your hand and accelerating. I'd say it's easier with dwelly rubbers and elastic topsheet
  12. Dignics 09c vs DHS Hurricane 3 Blue versions

Just stop it 🤣 🤣 🤣 You can launch the ball high with a low throw rubber and keep it low with a high throw rubber and in both cases both effects will work.
  13. Dignics 09c vs DHS Hurricane 3 Blue versions

It's not only about G09c. I often see statements like "it's not tacky thus not spinny", above even someone said that non-tacky rubbers hit the table only because of gravity and Magnuss effect is not applicable to them :faceplam. Just too much of BS speaking.
  14. Dignics 09c vs DHS Hurricane 3 Blue versions

Not spinny according to "no tack - no spin" people? G09c has plenty of spin
  15. Heming Hu on Equipment

Someone should remind them to change rubbers before they turn into an antispin and they end up with just pushing the ball
  16. Dignics 09c vs DHS Hurricane 3 Blue versions

Not exactly with these. D09c was tried only briefly. I played with boosted H8 39 and boosted Glayzer 09c after sticking to Big Dipper for a while and ESN grippy rubbers before. I used to brushloop with celluloid ball but shifted towards hitting through the sponge with plastic ball and...
  17. Dignics 09c vs DHS Hurricane 3 Blue versions

    They play very differently.
  18. Sanwei 75 inner carbon is a great blade

Played some sessions with 75 inner and Glayzer 09c on FH. It actually felt like home. It was a bit too dwelly and a bit too high throw on all-wood limba top blade for my taste but here it was just all right. It was fun to play long fast barely clearing the net flicks with a simple pancake...
  19. How is your experience boosting ESN hard hybrid rubbers?

Seamoon worked well with Glayzer 09C, not ESN though
  20. May it be a good lesson for LOKI owners.

lol. So they just spin off another brand for boosters and that's it
