I’ve played with many inner and outer carbon blades before. currently play with H3 Neo National blue sponge 41 on forehand. I used to be a U17 Chinese Junior provincial team member. Wondering if Ovtcharov works well snd it’s comparison to w968 with h3?

He said the core layer is super stiff and it takes a lot of power. It is pretty slow apparently. He also said it will feel more head heavy than the 150*160 W968

I recently messaged xiao gan ge asking about performanice of Ovtcharov alc and he said it’s thick, heavy, hard, barely anyone plays with it. Is it really bad? i was about to get one. how does it compare to W968, viscaria. thanks

It’s real, just look at the JTTA at bottom. real ones are printed cleanly

For intermediate level players, I highly recommend G09c or Rakza Z. Ur prob switching form H3 because u can’t hit through it and can’t gain enough baseline speed. These two rubbers will help you with that. since you can hit through these rubbers you’ll still get higher quality shot than h3

Hurricane oxidizing is insane. Just so bad especially new ones. My H3N from a year ago looks newer than my new one that’s 1 month old. At this point I might have to switch every 2 weeks.

Just as a side note, the original non-neo hurricane 3 is meant to be played with organic blues or speed glues. The neo is meant to be played with our water-based glues. Blue 39 is about orange 41 in terms on feel when pushing sponge

Nope. 09c is much easier to achieve its top. It’s much easier to hit through but has a lower ceiling.

So basically the ”hype”. Ur loosing out on a lot of performance because you can’t hit through the blue sponge. I can assure you that anyone under 2300 can’t hit through blue sponge and use it properly. The arc protection is close to none

Y’all are all falling into the blue sponge hype, trust me I used to too. I recently changed to National orange 40 on forehand on my W968-8 and my forehand was immediately much better. The rubber gave more bounce, arc, and confidence, I beat multiple 2400 last tournament.

The double fish Paris balls are still the best balls to me by far. Followed by the gewo superselct 3 star balls.

Good morning yall, how do you guys compare the performance of these two rubbers. I’m looking to use it on the forehand with my W968-8. Which ones has more spin, speed, control, arc, harder sponge? These are the two best hybrids I’ve found by far. thanks
