  1. How to measure blade frequency?

a higher frequency response measured this way = stiffer blade which typically means, a faster blade. meaning ball has higher speed when struck with equal force compared with a blade with a lower frequency response. that said, higher Hz measured this way does not equate a faster blade, it's just...
  2. How to measure blade frequency?

all true. but still, bouncing the ball on the blade and recording the sound with a mic is a metric that correlates with the eventual paddle mechanical performance. it's not a useless metric, but it can mislead you if you don't understand what it means.
  3. Aliexpress Singles Day 2024

this conclusion is getting popular on this forum and imo it's correct. a bty blade is indeed more expensive to make because they had to pay for the r&d, but since tt blades are pretty simple products and the materials needed for manufacture are readily available, after it gets to market...

some of that variation is due to ppl not using the same measurement condition, but you can expect ~50Hz variation between same model blades even from premium manufacturers because wood is not(yet) made in a lab.

opportunity indeed. i manufacture and sell tt rubber cleaners. profit margin is extremely good. guess what the main ingredient is(90-95% of volume). hint: someone said that 'it' penetrates your blade in this thread.

you will get retarded answers to any questions that involve highschool level chemistry or physics on this forum, because most people here don't know highschool level chemistry or physics. some rubber cleaners do damage the rubber topsheet, some don't. sometimes damaging the topsheet is a good...

I tried AK47 red on BH on Fang Bo B2X for about a month, didn't like it at all. But many people really like AK47 red on BH. It's a very cheap rubber so just give it a go, just be careful if you ever take it off the blade, it has a fragile sponge. Mine ripped in half when I took it off.
  14. Fangbob2x

I'm a noob, but pretty much play your style, but am forehand dominant. I tried a decent nr of blades and rubber combos(ask if you want specifics) and in the end I settled on H3 Neo commercial red on FH and H3 Neo black on BH, both boosted, both 39 hardness, both 2.15 on Fang Bo B2X and like...
