  1. Does Hl5 need to use the hurricane 3?

There is 2. The new one red packaging (china +) and the old one Blue packaging (China VM). Vega China VM on the topsheet is the right one. Apparently the new one, with red packaging is shit. The vega china VH is nowhere to be seen. Vega China review ...
  2. Does Hl5 need to use the hurricane 3?

    I don't know Hammond Z2, so I can't compare.
  3. Go for Fang Bo B2X or Hurricane Long 5

I don't know. To me, they are both spin oriented. Just that Fang Bo B2 is a blade of transition from Allwood to Long 5. I think, you should go 5ply wood all, then 7 ply wood OFF (like PG7), then go to FB B2, then finally play Long 5. You get somewhat similar feeling with the PG7, FB B2 to Long...
  4. Go for Fang Bo B2X or Hurricane Long 5

I don't remember. I did tried to sand it, it improved it a bit.
  5. Go for Fang Bo B2X or Hurricane Long 5

Be careful with the sealant. I sealed my Fang Bo carbon (B2), and the rubber did not stick well to the blade. I had no issue with any blade, but this one I sealed. I used the xiom with the sponge on top.
  6. Does Hl5 need to use the hurricane 3?

I play with Golden HL5, and I switched from H3 neo BS boosted, to Xiom Vega China. Very similar, yet, no need to boost. Like you, I am annoyed to boost, and it last 2 weeks. With the Xiom, the speed last forever. Tacky like H3, if not better. Similar playstyle. High throw when brushing, low...
  7. Donic BlueGrip S2 Review: A Control-First Learning Hybrid Rubber

To help referencing the amazing job of victor, I comment. Allways helpful and detailed review. Thanks for it.
  8. Andro NUZN 48 Review: Faster and More Dynamic Than NUZN 45, But Still Controllable

Nuzn 48 interest me a lot. I will try again the H8-80, if I like it, I will stick to it. If not, I will try Nuzn 48. Many players in my club switched to NUZN, but mostly 50 and 55.
  9. Andro NUZN 48 Review: Faster and More Dynamic Than NUZN 45, But Still Controllable

Could interest me. In match this WE, I lost a player with lower ranking, because I was tense, and I overshoot the table a lot. Next match, I beat a player with way higher rank than me (ex number player in france). Less tense, and it was fine. So, I guess a 2 speed rubber can help in those...
  10. Andro NUZN 48 Review: Faster and More Dynamic Than NUZN 45, But Still Controllable

I have my old Rakza Z unused. I mean, i glued it on your Stuor Long 5 I bought from you :). Tbh, the stuor is much quicker than my GHL5 lol. I don't know if it is the surface treatment you did, the feel is harder, kinda like koto feel. Yet close in feeling to my main blade. Anyway, I glued the...
  11. Andro NUZN 45 Review: A Controlled Hybrid Tensor for the Backhand

I used H3N BS boosted for 5 years prior to XVC. If you are an intermediate, H3 boosted is a very good school. I would say, if you are not in a hurrry and want to develop good technic first. Go for H3. I felt that i was hitting a plateau with the H3, and for some mysterious reason, I changed my...
  12. Andro NUZN 48 Review: Faster and More Dynamic Than NUZN 45, But Still Controllable

Problem is, most people in my club plays with Viscaria like, so hard to try some rubber on a blade I don't like. At least if it was innercarbon. The only one I tried on a HL5 copy, is Hybrid MK from Thibar. Felt nice actually. But I ordered a H8-80 37. 25€, not that expensive test. I will apply...
  13. FT/FS: DHS Long 5, Butterfly Primorac Carbon, Tibhar Powerwood Stratus, OLD Avalox P500, OLD Stiga Clipper classic, OLD Stiga Eternity

Can't wait for a comparison from you. You mostly have reviewed rubber, but no blade on your website.
  14. FT/FS: DHS Long 5, Butterfly Primorac Carbon, Tibhar Powerwood Stratus, OLD Avalox P500, OLD Stiga Clipper classic, OLD Stiga Eternity

I gave you the HL5 sickness. Come to the Ma Long's blade team. Probably not as good as the GHL5, but you might like it. I don't know the difference with WCQ, but GHL5 is very stable to me, lots of control and speed.
  15. Fang Bo to represent Kazakhstan in June for WTT events

Fang Bo fan boy too for me. I really liked the player, and playing with a blade with his picture. Now I have Ma Long on my blade, which is not bad either :D
  16. Andro NUZN 48 Review: Faster and More Dynamic Than NUZN 45, But Still Controllable

I turned my racket a bit, to try the open up with my Vega China, tacky helps so much in open up. But Rakza Z did not work for me. Maybe a tacky with soft topsheet could make it work. I am afraid Glayzer is too hard, and with a throw too High.
  17. Xiom Vega China VM Review

I agree The VC is really the best alternative to boosted H3. Super Tacky, and sometimes, I feel like it gets tackier with time. But amazing Spin, control, and speed when you have proper technic. I am the player with the fastest FH in my club, yet not the fastest equipment. This rubbers rewards...
  18. Andro NUZN 48 Review: Faster and More Dynamic Than NUZN 45, But Still Controllable

Well, it is hard for to find out what i want on my BH. Because, at the same time, I am not even sure what playstyle I want to develop. I mean, I consider my BH not that bad, but I feel like I am more dangerous using my FH, and doing a lot of pivot. Really my BH should be about, open up, and...
  19. Andro NUZN 48 Review: Faster and More Dynamic Than NUZN 45, But Still Controllable

Thanks @victormanriquey for the review. I am indeed very curious about it. How would you compare it to H8-80 in terms of easiness to play drill etc.. And open up on backspin or flicks ? As you know already, I am considering replacing T19 with something less dynamic for more control. Also, lower...
