  1. Welcome to TableTennisDaily 3.0 - Bug Report

As one who used to follow TTD in Tapatalk - well, with the 3.0 release TTD is still there, but it's entirely void of content. RIP TTD.
  2. Flat hitter

Some say Tenergy 25 fits this niche. I've been willing to get a feel of it, but have never encountered it in the wild. I can say that Fastarc-G1 is versatile enough to enable flat hits, whenever appropriate; as is Gewo's Nanoflex FT-48. And I'm curious about Hammond Z2.
  3. Anyone think Lee Sang Soo is washed up?

Yeah, somewhat aggressively loaded question, prolly meant to provoke. Don’t much like that approach.
  4. Hammond Z2 compared to Fastarc G1

As is FaG-1 at 2.0. Yet I’ve seen claims of HZ2 being lighter.
  5. Is there a big difference between Boll Spirit Vs Boll ALC

I don’t remember the TB ALC having the thicker handle at all.
  6. SDC Handmade Blades

Such blades do exist - Andro Treiber CI, Hurricane 301. They play just fine, and pretty much exacty how you’d expect them to. A shallower power curve for the innies, a steeper one for the outies.
  7. Welcome to TableTennisDaily 2.0 - Bug Report

Well, Dan did mention November, but he didn’t mention a year.
  8. My setup feels like a literal ROCK after trying this one

Rozena’s pretty durable, as long as you manage to keep it intact. It won’t play like new, but won’t become anti in a mere few yearrs. It is brittle, easily damaged, though. Many rubbers with soft topsheets - looking at you, Rasanter R53 - are.
  9. Alternative beginner tensor rubber

+1 for GTT. Donic Baracuda's also available in blue. Other medium hardness sponged, grippy ESN: Gewo Return Pro, Joola Rhyzen Cmd.
  10. Flagship ESN brand

I think there are multiple notions of what constitutes a flagship brand. Is it the highest ability to execute - and if so, in what way? Highest volume? Highest total profit? Highest profit margin? Highest sustainability? Highest "brand value" - brand recognition, association? Highest...
  11. Developing adult player - advice and TB ALC with Tenergy 05?

Sweden Extra: fantastic blade. Trust your coach.
  12. Developing adult player - advice and TB ALC with Tenergy 05?

T05 is a feisty beast to tame. I found it too hot to handle in the short game, though I had much fun with it fir the rest. The TB ALC is a fine blade, even though fast, and, as you note, balanced towards the head. H3 Neo is taxing in other ways. It demands more effort, and (to me) feels less...
  13. Which one from 3 Inner carbon blades

Afaik the Donic OTC is not an inner carbon blade; iirc it’s an outer ALC blade of the Vis family.
  14. Is TableTennisDaily Youtube channel deleted?

Google’f effup is not necessarily Dan’s. That said, I do think the TTD forum software makeover followup has been wanting.
  15. YT channel got hacked by crypto people

www.youtube.com/c/TableTennisDaily is a 404 still, so "end of the day" does seem optimistic. My guess is that the lettuce just might outlast TTD's utube hiatus as well! Did I miss out on that being kept posted bit?
