You compare a 20 year old, boosted rubber with new and a lot harder rubber.
It will probably be very fast with zyre but the hardness should give more controll
With good skill bouncynes is a non-issue, and rozena is a intermediate rubber most people in that skillrange don't think about playing short.
I myselfe like rozena a lot, it has a lot of safty and for the time it was released a good a mount of Spin. I can spin with my backhand and people block...
Stick with one coach, but two or more are good if the teach the same stuff.
If you are happy with your technique and just want someone to give you muliball or block stuff like that a second coach is also ok.
I wouldn't switch blades first.
Keep your blade first and get a faster rubber. It's easier to get used to the set up in my opinion.
I use D05 on Forehand also a very good option.
Not sure if I am a technical expert but I do my best 😅.
My coach said you can get far with an awkward technique but never as far someone with the same "skill" but better technique. At some point "bad technique limits you.
He has good exceleration in his elbow, he uses that so he can over come...
What a point at 9:9 in the 4th.
Fan is just 28, he should be in his prime right now, he just lacks CNT training. You saw how good he was at the nationals i bet he could be even better. And yes he is missed at international singel events.
Talking about modern style and weaknesses if you can´t loop from both sides. Lin shidong current number one has a weaker forehand compared to backhand and every game he loses the opponent is playing mostly to his forehand. Same with Lin Yun Ju his forehand is becoming better and better and...
That the technique differentiates between Chinese and european rubbers is not true in my opinion. Every rubber plays different and needs adjustment from the player. The perfect technique with weight transfer action in elbow and wrist etc. stays pretty consistent. Just the trajectory of the arm...
Viscaria is definitely stiff.
If you want to stick your Viscaria i would try Rozena on forehand its a great rubber. It´s fast, has good grip and light. It arcs when you want to loop downspin and has good speed when you hit trough. If you want something grippier and want to stay with Butterfly...
D 09c, whats the differnec between sticky and tacky? But i had the same issue and went to D05 because of it. I tried a "new" D09c in Dezember and it was back to being sticky/tacky. I can lift the ball from the table 5-10cm with the rubber.
I think both are very important, a all wood blade is totally different to a outer carbon blade. The blade should fit your playing style and the handle should fit your hand. To find both in the same blade is very hard.
I am on the waiting list for a blade made by Sergio. Right now I think alot...
