I have tried H3 Neo 37, H8 37, Big Dipper 38, Bloom Power 45, 47, Pro Dragon Medium/Soft, B3 38, B2 38 (commercial, provincial, national), B1 38.
B2 Soft 37 is the one I would recommend. Durability is good, price ok and boosts well.
Correct, Dynasty Carbon has some kind of dyed koto and is nice for backhand and RPB usage, flicks are also nice. However the limba-ayous blades (like HL5) that I have tried feels better on the forehand side.
Consider Hurricane 301z. Dynasty Carbon has a really awkward carbon kick that comes early and makes it difficult to play with. Meanwhile Limba-Ayous outer combo is too soft for RPB if you ask me. 301z is a nice middle ground but you need to seal it due to fragile outer koto layer.
The biggest difference to me is that it is easier to control the spin and ball flight with Skyline 2. The skilled player can generate a lot spin but also significantly less spin when needed, fly the ball high, fly it low etc. For the not so artistic and creative player Skyline 2 will probably...
Looks great! Those forehands are 🔥
I did the same transition two years ago and can't go back now since penhold feels way more natural for me. I played with YEO too earlier but since changing to Hurricane 301 and later 301z my ranking improved quickly.
