for me hybrid MK is the same as vega pro H. a bit faster but way less spin. still a high throw looping rubber (and durability seems really bad)

vega x is more sensitiv to spin and really hard to play in blocking and pushing (for me at least). you always need to loop everything. vega pro h is a hybrid rubber that is way more spinny then vega pro, with less catapult and less dynamic, so really good for open up on backspin. in comparision...

also ventus extra fit's perfectly to the way you described to play and would try that first before try something like nittaku-g1 (g-1 is not really a good rubber for forward strokes like smashing/hitting/block due to it's spin sensitivity and throw. it is a pure looping rubber)
