D09 is one of the most all around rubber you can get (also one of the most expensive). It is fast and have a pretty good ball grabbing. However, it is probably too fast and kinda hard to control for some people. For me, it is good for FH but probably too elastic as bh.

H3 has the best ball grabbing feeling. especially blue sponge. If you want soft one, start with 39 degree. I believe it is the softest BS H3.
