I have a pretty strong core and quads like a horse, for what its worh, lol. :ROFLMAO: I do know a few guys who move surprisingly well despite being downright obese. However, all of them are naturally talented and madly skilled.
  15. ITTF WTTTC Finals London 2026, 4/28-5/10

Doesn't make much sense to me. Inertia is a huge factor in footwork. Also, being lighter on your feet just feels so much better than being heavy. Less strain on your ankles and knees as well. I speak from personal experience, having played a few matches in the Croatian Superleague during...
  16. ITTF WTTTC Finals London 2026, 4/28-5/10

Oh man... I wanted Coton to win, but I did not want Togami to lose. Does that make sense?
  17. ITTF WTTTC Finals London 2026, 4/28-5/10

    That Japan, though.
  18. ITTF WTTTC Finals London 2026, 4/28-5/10

I've personally gotten in and out of shape way too many times to not know what I'm talking about. I also have some formal education on the subject. I don't think it's his fault. I firmly believe he was mistreated in some way.
  19. ITTF WTTTC Finals London 2026, 4/28-5/10

And who will be yelling at Wang Hao, Xi Jinping? His squad is in bad shape. He brought with him a group of people who didn't earn their place here. Lin Shidong would probably be best sent home at this point. WR#21 Liang Jingkun had no business coming to London in the first place.
