You play amateur league. Don't be so hard on your self. All those doping rules are there so "normal" people don't perform over there skill. For you it's medicine to perform like a normal person. As long as they don't do drug tests don't think about it.

On short serves with a slow second ball you might have enough time to wait and see where you opponent plays and then pivot. On long serves I personally would wait a few points to see what my opponent does and then decide if its a good idea.

What I find interesting everybody says the top sheet is thinner, but for me it looks like the top sheet is the exact same thickness as D05 and only the pimples are thinner. Am i just slow?
