I don't have it yet but I did just buy a sheet of the new hybrid Chinese rubber Flood from Ghenghaida. I bought the cheaper version from a guy on Mercari Japan. If I like it I want to try out the "flagship" version that Yang Xiaoxin uses which I can only buy directly from China.

I think you're correct that it's actually hurricane H8-20. If you zoom in you can see the ITTF code says 24-054.

So It appears Yang is using the national version of Flood, as this is the only version that has a red top sheet + blue sponge combination. This also comes in a version called "Hold" which is half a degree softer. I'm weirdly tempted, but this also costs $70 + tariffs + shipping, so I can't say...
