The box is not the one for an authentic DHS W968 National. As far as the blade, unless I am mistaken there are authentic examples without number (e.g. W968 2024xxxx xx) so best is to check the code. I am not sure, though, if a positive code check means the blade is authentic as some people say...

Just out of curiosity: Have you tested those 3 FZD blades with identical FH and BH rubbers so you can come up with the comparison?

I use the one from Revolution 3. Does the job well. I make rather longer cuts and move the blade while cutting.

TTGEARLAB suggests to use Butterfly's Lin Yun-Ju SZLC with e.g. Hurricane 3 Neo. He even says boosting using that blade is not required as it sort of catapults the ball when hit in the center because of its higher elasticity grade that can compensate the relatively low speed of Chinese tacky...

It would be really, really nice if DHS would also give an indication of the specific product to which these codes belong to when those codes are verified in DHS's web site. This would increase - transparency - trust in DHS products

I ordered a national W968 and it came with the box where the seal was broken. I asked why that was the case and the answer was he opened it to confirm everything was okay. Hm ... okay, however, if it came from DHS I would have assumed everything IS okay. The blade though is authentic in my opinion.

I sealed my W968 and I would recommend sealing it as I heard of cases in which the wood splintered.
