I own a good variety of blades, and I think, Koto is fairly easy to recognize. There could be some cases, when the fishscale pattern produced by Ayous top plies can be similar, but in this case, it looks like textbook Koto to me.

I'd suggest getting DHS Power G3Z (PG3Z) or Power G3T (PG3T), both of them has relatively thick Koto top ply with a similarly thick Ayous ply just over the composite - probably both are very well controlled.

Based on what you say, Ventus Stiff with its 45° hardness can be on the border line for you (on Yinhe T8S, it is also near border line for me - I am more used to harder rubbers on all-wood blades), maybe then Ventus Limber or 07 Stiff could be a good choice (if we look at Victas only)
