  1. Starting my Round Robin journey to improve my rating

Well done Michael! Wait, you have 2 profiles? We'll have to play sometime if you're in LA or I'm done in SD (which I might be beginning of April).
  2. Starting my Round Robin journey to improve my rating

I was about to point out the same thing, many don't believe me but I learned this at my FFTT umpire courses.
  3. Greetings from a SANWEI Official

Hi Andrea, great to have your here! I've always been interested in Sanwei products but it was hard finding information. What is the full composition and thickness of the following blades: EX-C Froster PBO EX-C Froster EX-C Paramid Fextra One Fextra Allround V5 Pro CS Accumulator S Accumulator...
  4. Xiom An JaeHyun TMXi blades + Jykell & Hyde Z/H review

Thanks for the review Giangt! Will you be switching to this blade and Xiom rubbers or stay with W968 with H3 and Tenergy?
  5. DHS W968 review

Hi, he hasn't updated his photos but it's this: https://prott.vip/Product-Details.aspx?productcode=OFFICIALW968 I would talk to him first though and see was he has in stock. # likely in the 20's or 30's. I'm sure he has 2022 Provincial ones has well but again, I would ask first...
  6. how to quickly remove stickiness from the rubber?

I wouldn't do anything funky. Maybe try a different rubber like one of the Palio AK47. Red is a popular affordable rubber.
  7. DHS W968 review

Chen is a forum member or DHS seller/distributor? Did you get a Provincial or National?
  8. DHS W968 review

Sounds like a great setup! You like D05 better than K3 on it I presume? You bought Zwill's #20, correct?
  9. DHS W968 review

Both on the BH?When I tried the W968 Provincial of a 2300 lady clubmate, D05 felt amazing on it, she had it on the FH but it also felt good on the BH.
  10. San Francisco looking for training partner.

Is Kou Lei better than me?
  11. DHS W968 review

I'm hoping within the next 2 weeks! I'll let you know once I've received it. I was also talking to a couple DHS distributors in China, they all more or less list the same price for W968 Prov and Nat, but ProTT was easiest because he has a website which takes PayPal pay in 4 lol, makes it a bit...
  12. DHS W968 review

Great to hear T05 FX works well on the BH for you! That's my favorite BH rubber (although it's too fast and bouncy on my Viscaria) so if I can use it on the W968 I'd be very happy! Let us know how D05, T05 and 80 perform for you on both wings.
  13. DHS W968 review

I don't know if the club is that baller, but it's large with a lot of Chinese and Vietnamese players, some with money I suppose or are as curious or obsessed as I am lol. The larger trend is that almost all players there play with Butterfly ALC blades with Tenergy or Dignics both sides...
  14. DHS W968 review

I got a guy using a National #2 at my club (paid $1000) and he goes all out! The quality of the W968 really is on par with Butterfly, maybe even Nittaku, so no splints. I'll play with mine and if I like it more than my IF ZLC, it'll be just about the only blade I play with and would likely get...
  15. Yinhe Jupiter 3 Amazing Rubber

Gotcha, yes most of them are not that different! The MX-P, Rasanters and Donics especially. Rakzas and Fastarcs are their own category, more stable and grippy, not factory tuned, more predictable and manageable, longer lasting too. Hammond Z2 is actually not an ESN and feels completely...
  16. DHS W968 review

Haha for sure, knowing me, I'll keep it in my collection for a while if I don't play it as my go-to blade! Like my 2 Viscarias Golden, also I will probably sell the used one eventually.
  17. DHS W968 review

I don't think there are really any proper clones for a W968 since the quality is so high and a massive cut above, unless you go custom. Everything else will be like a HL5X which is a good blade.
  18. Yinhe Jupiter 3 Amazing Rubber

Nice! Do you have the regular or X version of the Fang Bo Carbon? What's your favorite ESN rubber on the BH?
  19. DHS W968 review

Pro TT, he gave me 3 to choose from at a reasonable price. I wasn't going to order a single digit for $900-1000. Maybe later I'll order a #5 through 8 later on, but I'm sure a W968 Provincial Letters would have already been good enough from what I've tried, just had to spend a bit more to get...
  20. DHS W968 review

Yea, I agree, I definitely do better with my IF ZLC (more safety, predictable) against strong players than I do with a Viscaria (more jumpy, less predictable).
