  1. Dignics 09c vs DHS Hurricane 3 Blue versions

D05 and D09c are cousins. H3 is a guy from another country. Even tough boosted h3 may have same sponge hardness with D09C, speed generation is whole different level.

  5. Score keeper app

I see, yes that could help in matches without referee. But probably rare use case, doesn’t attract developers. https://apps.apple.com/tr/app/table-tennis-score/id1526877419 There is one but not free.
  6. Score keeper app

Yes, but someone should keep charged, or cables may lie between tables :D usually club level most of things go by volunteering. What will apple watch help for scores?
  7. Odd number at the venue/table - what are some exercises?

One idea might be multi-ball practice by 3 ppl. One feeds, one hits, one collects balls. The Hitter switch to collect, the collector switches to feeding, the feeder switches to hitting. Because multi-ball is tiring exercise and balls needs to be collected, everyone would be happy.
  8. World's Longest Table Tennis Rally 2024 | Attempt

Right, but otherwise it’s almost impossible to hold pee over 12 hours.
  9. World's Longest Table Tennis Rally 2024 | Attempt

  10. Score keeper app

I guess the most of devices in venue will be out of battery on the day of competition 😅
  11. Have you "successfully" learned Ma Long's Forehand technique?

I haven’t get idea of this topic. It seems nonsense. 1- if you wondering, do we have perfect Ma Long FH technique? No, I don’t have. 2- if you want to argue about whether ML has the best FH? No, I also think similar.
  12. Feedback on my loops against backspin

You might be overwhelmed by tons of advise but although I agree most You may focus on this order: 1- positioning 2- timing 3- relaxing (wrist, forearm, shoulder, body, mind..) 4- arm movement on stroke 5- racket angle & position on contact 6- body movement on stoke (power from wrist, belly or...
  13. Feedback on my loops against backspin

Ideally using small steps, you should align your body with ball trajectory, anticipate peak point length, track ball with both hands, as soon as ball lands do backswing (you have plenty of time), then hit the ball at highest or a just bit later, while accelerating. Your very big backswing can...
  14. Feedback on my loops against backspin

I’ve realized there is FH part too, (Sorry the edit is bad, made on the phone) 1st is the bounce: your backswing is too big and early -> hard to catch timing And not under ball, hard to lift ball. 3rd photo is contact point, timing is not bad in FH, but it is clearly not in front of you, you...
  15. Feedback on my loops against backspin

Most noticeable thing is Timing You are hitting too early almost you won’t even wait the bounce. Also position is a bit too close for this kind of shot. When you wait a little longer, hitting point will be too closer to your body. And you can practice slower at first until you comfortably...

It sound a bargain! Good luck with next season.
  18. Reverse Pendelum Serve vs Hook Serve

RP has 4 spin option when it disguised and combined with Pendulum serve, 4 feint option (end with top or under, end with reverse or regular pendulum) Hook serve has 2 spin option, 2 feint option (end with top or under) Also I find hook is easier to apply even then simple RP, But Pro level I...
  19. Does training in the basement make sense?

Thanks, of course I've considered as the floor is good enough to be play too.
  20. Does training in the basement make sense?

It is more than enough for robot, Good enough for multi-ball training, Enough for training, Okayish for matches. I had a basement/small room robot setup where backhand side of table was just next to wall, FH has half meter side space, depth was 1-2 meter. So I can only work from middle, and...
