  8. Longevity of Hybrid rubbers

I did buy K3 from the coach, and fml. This rubber is so, so, good. I got it for 30€ used or so. I hope it is not as bad durability as mentioned here.
  9. Which training ball to pick

If possible I would please keep the discussion on the training ball, i.e. one that you can buy 120pcs for multiball training and not bankrupt. I do not want to put any hard top, but I think up to 60€ for 120pcs I would consider a maximum.
  10. Which training ball to pick

I will post pictures later. We tested the balls yesterday first time. We graded them into 3 segments. Abismal Light blue Tibhar 40+ Training Gewo balls We mostly thought they were broken all the time. I had like 6 balls to test of this kind and every single one of them is messed up. Ok...
  11. using a razor blade to cut the rubber

I bought mine in the local table tennis shop. I paid about 10€ in inters.pl. They do ship internationally, but I unless you buy something else its not cost effective. https://www.tabletennis11.com/other_eng/scissors-revolution-nr-3...
  12. using a razor blade to cut the rubber

I acutally do also use them to cut my dogs hair between their toes (its dangerous for them to have long fur underside of their paws, its slippery).

  15. Some of my today training footage

I think that you can also work on recovery. After your FH loop, your hand looks like it ends up behind your left ear. Maybe just an illusion. But you seem to take too long to recover. Quicker recovery = more time to prepare for next ball. Using martial arts as a parallel. When you hit someone in...
  16. Some of my today training footage

I guess what I am trying to say is that majority of the time I can see a lot of tension in you and that messes up both body and mind. Harder to focus, harder to loosen up for the next shot. With tension I personally could never get decent consistency :)
  17. Some of my today training footage

When you are doing BH loop. You kind of use the same muscle groups.
  18. Some of my today training footage

No no. Loosen up your whole body. Not only the wrist. I think there are more competent people to explain the "idealistic version of the technique". When I play topspins I use arms and wrist to finish the stroke. Core to start the motion.
  19. Some of my today training footage

Feel you bro. I did spent a couple of years doing karate. Still I benefitted a lot from loosening up and lengthening my stroke. More consistency and less strain on my muscles. I am not jacked like you though. That prolly the difference.
