i tried the stigas dna dragon grip this weekend of a friend at a tournament. it was redicioulus spin and play on halflong and spin spin was amazing, but there was a lock of speed. of course that is somehow based on my technique since i do not have a "chinese" arm technique, but spin, wow factor...

is it just me, but i got the feeling that almost all tt balls are made in same factories or is there many manufacturers? what happend with the no joint ball, no longer popular?

i'm not a big fan of this with new colors of rubbers. it could look fancy but it will not make tble tennis moer popular. think this is a mistake by ittf. i will stay with red and black.

i just a clipper blade from stiga. that is a 7 ply wood blade. has anyone tried to compared it to any type of alc or zlc blade? do you think a alc or zlc blade is much faster to a pure blade blade?

i have not tried it my self to compare, but i had a friend who had rasanter r48. he said that dna platinum was slightly better on the important shots, like spin spin, half long and grip in the short game, both spinway and speed, but then have in mind that the dna rubber was a bitter newer.

very surprised that wcq lost to the defender. isn't the defender old? obviously good but still old.

how was it when you played with it? not only boucing? is this bat good for club players you think?

thanks gozo for the advice. i will try to find some carbon blades to try of carbonado and viscaria. i see there is some different versions of carbonado, do you have any ideas of what might be with best feeling?

anyone here that has tried to play with dna dragon grip from stiga? it would be nice to try a china style rubber. or is there any other similar rubbers anyone played with?
