  1. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

2 layers of Falco Tempo Long Booster. But you are correct how fast that sponge soaks in the booster. You need to be quick to distribute the booster equally. So a little challenge here but manageable.

Already on it. Gonna glue it on the 506x probably on sunday Testing will be done on monday i guess.
  3. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

Because of the porous sponge if that is the correct term. Usually these are to fragile to survive propper boosting. But maybe i will try anyway i probably wont have a different use for it anyway
  4. The Pro's Equipment - Discussion!

Damn at what moment did you guys think it is a good thing to post pics and videos without any information and context. So to add that for you i suppose in the pics we can see zhou qihao finally playing/training with his joola equipment. Still we lack a context on terms of time. So from when...
  5. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

Nah, as i said before i assumed that this rubber isnt really suited for boosting. Maybe im gonna test it once more boosted we will see. Not sure if the rubber will survive this more than once though

Rakza Z is less tacky, has a higher throw, and is bouncier by a decent amount. I have serious issues with it not shooting way more balls beyond the table on my fh. I really really like that one more on bh. I second that it is not one of the spinniest rubbers. But with proper strokes you can...

Several training session and a tournament. The simple answer is no. Even with the dust from balls on it, there was nearly no difference. I mean i am capable of hitting hard, but the results remained sad compared to the other mentioned rubbers, which is why the GTX pro is no alternative for me.
  8. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

Well i didnt hoped for a full blown tensor, especially not with this hardness. But a little more spin and a little bouncyness would have been utmost welcome^^ Arthur China is pretty sticky and way faster than the GTX. If you hit a little harder it seriously sound awesome and is all of a sudden...
  9. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

A little update: Today i got rid of the Loki GTX Pro. This is not a bad rubber in some terms but several things bothered me way too hard. 1. Yeah this is a pretty hard rubber, though it is advertised as a bouncy cake sponge - there is nothing bouncy to find here. This thing is hard as a rock...
  10. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

Will be hard to get smth cheaper as a serious alternative. Non of the mentioned rubbers come even close to thow angle and speed, especially noticable on bh. If you want the Hurricane 8 to get close you need to boost it. There is simply no way around. Btw kind of the same goes for Big Dipper...
  11. DHS blade Authenticator

Usually you have a code somewhere on the product. On their rubbers for example is on the plasticsheet which is on the rubber. In one of the corner you have a round dhs-logo. There you can scratch the number free with a coin or smth. That code need to get typed into that query.
  12. The Pro's Equipment - Discussion!

Nah he is using Hurricane 3 for around a year now at least.
  13. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

I tried the Arthur Europe Diamond some while ago, but for my bh. Still too hard for me. Literally had the same issue with it as you. But i didnt test it for my fh because its behaviour didnt appeal to me for fh. N80 is supposed to have a 49° sponge - are you sure you can use that on bh?^^ That...
  14. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

So here in germany our playing season ended early due to covidrestrictions at the end of last year. That gave me some time to try some more equipment 😍 and reconsider some equipment choices. First of all i have 2 main setups i am switching around a bit for the moment. 1. Blade: DHS TG 506x...
  15. Question about factory boosted rubber

If my memory serves me right the BD doesnt get delivered in a sealed package. That saying either the mentioning of a tuning is marketing bs or it is far from significant enough to notice. Actually that was always something i like from the BD. It never changed its playing characteristics by much...
  16. DHS blade Authenticator

http://dhs-sports.com/search.shtml This should still work, depending on the browser you use. Chrome wasnt working for me some years ago, so even wrote an E-Mail to DHS. A week later they confirmed (with that query) that my product was a genuine one.
  17. WTT Muscat 2020: Change of TT equipment by CNT pro players

According to 247tabletennis they signed contracts with DHS. Both swapped out their backhand rubber some time ago too. Both are using Hurricane 3 OS now on bh. But i lack an official source or statement for that. It is pretty save so assume so though.
  18. Which players use HL5?

And he most likely signed a contract by DHS. Though the switch definitly worked out for Wang, i am not so sure about LJK. He kinda struggles or is not in form.
  19. Which players use HL5?

Some additions: Sun Wen, Jang Woojin, Wang Yidi, Shin Yubin and some more not so "famous" players.
  20. Question about H3Neo

Actually i would consider just letting the factory-layer on it and boost right on top of it. At least you have kind of a flat surface with it. But i must say i just tried it once years ago and i dont know if i liked the result with it. Cant quite remember but in theory it should be fine. The...
