I don't think you will have problem with mantra pro M regardless if u use it in ur BH or FH. Unless u r used to having chinese rubbers on FH

I agree. I have the regular mantra M before on BH and it feels mushy and soft (topsheet). Also I don't have a problem using G1 in BH since I have it on my FH and I do twiddle sometimes and have a great feeling using it on BH as well.

I just ordered 1 for my backhand will probably arrive next week. Will get back to this post to share my thoughts since I was able to use the regular mantra m before and the regular one for me feels like a toned down tenergy

Just ordered mantra PRO M. I have the regular mantra M before and I was able to play it even in my forehand so I know how grippy it is. Felt like tenergy FX for me since I'm using a fast blade (viscaria)
