As I known, there is always the transition period in the CNT. Look back at the period of Cai Zhenhua and Liu Guoliang, we can see how CNT prepare to transfer the head coach. I do believe that Ma Lin or Wang Hao won't take the Chinese head coach this year because they need a "transition period"...
