This is/was a nice website for tt discussion but not when it is filled with spambot litters all over the front page. I think Dan would agree it isn't a good look for it and would be looking for a solution asap as it would discourage genuine new users from entering.

I have no tt activity but I went to gym to train for the only tt session I will get next week. I trained my quads on the leg extention machine and squats with kettledumbells.
