Archo, To add on to Yecats' advice... you resonated in the past with my comments of shuffling footwork to martial arts/boxing. Same with reset to ready position... boxing is a great example of this. Boxers learn/train to jab and get back to ready stance; 1-2 back to ready; 1-2-1 or 1-1-2-1...
