played today with the D40+ and the NP and I couldn't tell the difference. Only the feel in the hand during serve was a bit different, the D40+ was a bit grippier after a while.

You can use barefoot shoes like Nike Frees to train your foot muscles during the normal day. In general table tennis shoes are built in a way that you stand close to the ground.

I hope it comes from the shoes, technique... well, it didn't really change didn't it? I played for many years before without ever having this problem. Since I changed the shoes, I would guess this is the cause. But I will see in a few days :)

Thanks but I already ordered Mizunos, had them years ago and I loved them. Only got the Adizeros instead because they were 20 Euros new!

Thanks a lot for your advices! The shoes came to my mind first because it's the only thing that changed (except my age but I'm still in my 20s). I will post after trying out the new shoes :)
