  1. Yasaka blade suggestion( carbon preferred)

My suggestion, if you are going carbon, just go with butterfly, or get ovtcharov true carbon. Almost no company makes blades as good or better than butterfly IMO It's expensive yes, but you buy one and you know you are buying something of the highest quality in manufacturing
  2. Pro players that don't boost

It really sucks the fact that professionals are playing with stuffs that the normal players can't actually use. The problem is that ITTF can't have proper control of the players' equipments. In badminton for example, players are required to re-string their racket with the officials, ensuring...
  3. 10 years out of the game - Equipment?

Nothing creates a spinnier slow loop than a fresh sheet of tenergy 05. Welcome to the never ending loop of buying tenergy
  4. Ma Long's free arm?

Like Baal said, it's for balance Also, it helps you creates more natural body swing. In the end, it really depends between player to player
  5. Information On How To Glue with Water Based Glue

For me whenever I'm glue-ing for someone else, I tend to use more glue just to ensure it never ever un-stick because of edges. I put a thick layer on the blade, usually the minimum amount to make the blade shimmer underlight, as if it was lacquered. Since most of the rubber i've been glue-ing...
  6. Advice on rubbers

Rakza 7 and EL-P for are always great step-down rubbers for me from tenergy
  7. Daily Table Tennis Chit Chat

For me 2 days before tournament always just focus more on the touch is there. You certainly don't wanna do something like footwork or rallying practice
  8. New era with DHS D40+ 3 Star Balls

Even if they are good, pray that the QC doesn't fall over. The problem with chinese manufacturing is their generally loose QC
  9. table tennis tips "Increase Spin in table tennis by Chinese coaching"

All I hear from this guy are "chinese does these good shit while the europeans are just doing the wrong things" In other words, what I've been hearing from this guy is bullshit. China spends a shit ton of money in selecting, training players for their national team. Not to mention table tennis...
  10. Please help me decide

Innerforce ALC might be a good option since you want a better dwell time
  11. What table tennis rubbers & blade do you use?

To me, it seems like the other way around. Typically players use a faster backhand and slower spinnier FH.
  12. Daily Table Tennis Chit Chat

Well I could understand him I suppose. I have more fun playing players who likes to play with brute force than the ones who try to play soft and tricky. Table tennis after all is about counter-looping rally
  13. Daily Table Tennis Chit Chat

He played with a lot with our club's 2200-ish and 2700 player and there are 5 other 1900-2100 players who consistently duke out with him. I personally think he has more consistency although he still has a habit of opening with high slow loop that some other 2000 players can blast off, though he...
  14. What glue's are you guys using.

Paddlepalace's glue. It's pretty sticky and easy to remove on tenergy. It's pretty hopeless on porous rubber like MX-P though.
  15. Viscaria loss of power?

8 hours of play? Even most professional don't train on table more than 8 hours
  16. From Clipper CR to Timo Boll ALC

Don't buy sardius. People in SE Asia tend to just tell people to buy sardius or the fastest blade there is when no pro (aside from schalger back then) is using it these days. I don't think it'll be that hard to switch from clipper CR to TB ALC. Speed is probably comparable and the carbon means...
  17. How heavy is your Timo Boll ALC and how do you feel?

I'd go with 88 to 90 gram for the blade. When you glue the rubbers, that's the weight range where it feels like it has weight but still very balanced
  18. JAPAN Team selection tournament

Like the other 2 said, tokyo 2020 is their main goal. You can bet JTTA won't accept anything lower on silver on team and bronze on single. The women's team will be pressed down to get silver on team since they got it in london and yet failed in rio. Mizutani got the first ever men's single...
  19. From Donic to Stiga

Like what carl said, you might want to switch to a lighter blade instead of switching to eternity. In fact eternity is probably even worse than your previous blade because that thing is pretty damn heavy. Not to mention a combination of Omega V and EL-S is heavy as well
  20. Dhs Fang Bo alc

If it's really similar to HL5, then what we have here is a $60 innerforce ALC which is a bargain
