I used Asics gel blade 7 and I had to use 2 sizes up to fit my foot width while having a lot of space in front of my toes. Switched to Mizuno wave medal 6 and the proper size fits my feet. Mizuno wave medal has a significantly wider design than gel blade.

I have carbonado 190. Sealed. No splintering so far.

Ma Lin carbon is slower than many 5 ply wood blades, the carbon layer is so thin that makes it almost non existent in my opinion. I didn't play with the other blades so I don't have an opinion on them.
