Clipper may be a bit too thick if you loop more than smash. A thinner 7ply could be an option Or thicker more modern 5ply. There are options with oversized and regular size heads.

Can someone explain how booster affect topsheet? I don't really understand what should I see here.

For me it works well with just 1 layer. I have 38d on DHS B2 and 39d on Innerforce ALC

On my scales film takes just 1g, maybe 1.5, it's quite thin one. 94g in film was 93 without. BTW, a heavy one 93g 6.1mm is in fact much flexier than Innerforce ALC 88g 5.8mm.

Regular H8 also has a visually denser sponge. Yet I had one 39d 46g cut with 2 layers of booster inside and 52g cut unboosted H8-80 37d. H8-80 was much tackier though.

Rakza 7 got harder sponge and harder topsheet. I like it to play against faster balls but Rozena bites slower balls better. It means more spin sensitivity but it works better with flicks. The feel was similar to H8-80 37d, you need to smack the ball harder. For some reason even well used AK-47...

For that 1-2 thin layers should be enough, no need to go all crazy. Also every booster layer adds 1-2 grams weight, so likely you'd prefer a minimal suitable amount of booster.

So far I found a followup boosting less necessary as rubbers get faster when tackiness wears a bit off.

I guess standard rules apply for liquids. Up to 100ml per piece and up to 1 liter in total in hand luggage. Should be possible to put them into checked in luggage.
