If that's just a blade with the wing bits rounded over then it's pretty trivial to do that to any blade with a bit of sandpaper, no? I used to do that myself back in the day - not so fussy nowadays though on the ones I build myself I do round off the sharp edges in that area.

As above lead tape is pretty heavy - even better is tungsten powder - I bought a load to use in golf club weighting years ago - it's quite a bit (I want to say about 70%...) heavier than lead so you can use less by volume for the same weight gain.
