  1. Any recommendations on XIOM equipment

So you are using the Lebesson blade at the moment and not the Long 5? Also in your first post you say that you don't like bouncy rubbers like Tenergy 05. Are Vega X and FX-S less bouncy? I'm not sure. Could you clear up any confusion and clearly state what you are using right now and what you...
  2. Any recommendations on XIOM equipment

I have AJH TMXi Pro, 36.5 ALXi, CDS TMX Pro (all not in production anymore), Hayabusa ZL Pro. Omega 8 China, Pro and Euro. Vega Pro H, Vega Europe H. All of them have advantages and disadvantages. What does your coach think? His opinion should be the most relevant.
  3. Any recommendations on XIOM equipment

Not sure. I have not played those rubbers a lot. It's just what I would try coming from Vega X. You could also try Vega Pro. Maybe that one doesn't need a break in period for you. It's still not clear to me what exactly you want. You wrote you like Dignics 09c and would like a tacky rubber, but...
  4. Best Handle and Shape but MK Carbon too fast 😞 Help

I think thats even faster than MK Carbon.
  5. Any recommendations on XIOM equipment

The new Xiom Blades should be widely available within the next 5 weeks. My choices would be: Blade: 1) Chrome XAXi (if available), 2) Artemis ALXi (if available), 3) Hugo ALXi Pro, 4) Hugo TMXi Pro FH Rubber non Tacky: 1) J&H Z52.5 - 2) Omega 8 Pro - 3) Omega 7 Pro FH Rubber Tacky: 1) J&H...
  6. Any recommendations on XIOM equipment

Can you not get the new Xiom Blades that just came out/are about to come out? Only Hugo or Hayabusa? Just to make sure...you are currently playing Long 5 with Vega X and ELP? Because your profile is different. What do you not like about Vega X and what do you want from a new rubber?
  7. Any recommendations on XIOM equipment

The one closest to Long 5 is probably the new Chrome XAXi. What rubbers are you using currently?
  8. Backhand Rubber for Viscaria

    Isn't Acuda S2 42.5° Hardness and J2 52.5°? That would be a drastic transition.
  9. Which backhand rubber should I get?

What do you like better about MK FX compared to Nuzn 45?
  10. Xiom new collection (2026)

More shops seem to have the blades available now. Looking forward to reviews.
  11. The Pro's Equipment - Discussion!

The word basic in the name shows that there is no pretense An is using this blade.
  12. V>15 Sticky: Finally !!

I agree. It's an excellent rubber. Can you explain what the differences are compared to K3 and Omega 8 China and how V15 Sticky surpasses them?
  13. Looking for a Fh Rubber

I've also recently "downgraded" my backhand rubber and made a very good experience with Nuzn 45. Maybe for forehand Nuzn 48 might be worth looking into. Since you are austrian I assume you speak german. Here is a review (not by me) you might find interesting...
  14. Throw angle is not a rubber property!

Of course throw angle exists. I know it form experience. Just because multiple variables influence it, doesn't mean its not real. By that argument basically nothing is real. Some people prefer lower or higher and most CAN adjust to different ones. It is sometimes overstated how much difference...
  15. Zyre 03 (2.7mm) vs Dignics 09c - Speed & Spin Test (Data Analysis) - Part 1

At best this tests how rubbers perform on passive blocks or am I missing something?
  16. Seal or not seal the Joola Vyzaryz Trinity blade?

I would seal it. 1 thin layer, then fine sandpaper (300-400grit) to sand off the raised fibres, then 1 more thin layer. Joola varnish is the one I use. Check here: https://www.sdcttblades.com/nerdy-stuff/blade-sealing
  17. ZLF to ???

Don't worry about it. You already have a very powerful setup. Maybe at 2000 USATT you could think about a new one.
  18. Anyone notice Fan Zhendong using red rubber on forehand

Their historical local rival Schalke is much more important than any other recent rivalry.
  19. Rapidly improving “begginer” equipment

Before you decide anything, ask your mate to try his alc blade and play a training match with it. It doesn't matter that topspins are great if you can't control the serve/receive game.
  20. Rapidly improving “begginer” equipment

If you want to try out an ALC blade without too much commitment, you can always get a Yinhe Pro-01 for 30€ from Aliexpress.
