09c FH, tenergy 05 backhand are the most common that you can use at any level. Stay away from H3 imo, I played 2 years with them, it helped with feeling and power, but technique got worse.

UPDATE: I played with this asymmetrical FZD ALC, the forhand is much faster than backhand , the slighly thicker top ply makes a huge difference, while the backhand thinner ply is too slow for 09c I also glued d05 on backhand, now the combo works better, however I hate d05 in general :) One...

I can tell you 100% that fishscale makes the surface harder, nearly no dwell time. I had 4 FZD ALC, one of them fish scale.
