  1. Tensor vs Hybrid rubbers

Similar to Helix and Zyre-03 focused on very aggressive counters and fast rallies.
  2. Stiga Helix Platinum ( Any review )

Absolutely agree. Overall a very good balanced rubber from Stiga. IMHO the best one nowadays.
  3. New Hugo rubbers from Joola

where is the evidence? If you are pointing to Hugo, well. Maybe I'll disappoint you, but the brand on the rubber is just a sign. Under the hood it can be everything.
  4. New Hugo rubbers from Joola

Andro, Stiga and Donic already proved their products quality and there is no surpirse. For Joola, there is no evidence yet can help on picking up the new rubbers from Joola over other popular brands. And some marketplaces (don't want to advertise them) offer Stigas rubbers (including DNA Dragon...
  5. New Hugo rubbers from Joola

Thank you for sharing, I know Joola wants to compete with top tier rubbers, but IMHO they do it a bit wrong with this pricing ($75)
  6. Thick Handle Blades

Primorac Carbon ST is thick. Like the handle, but too fast for BH imho
  7. I want opinions on my chances of pro

1900 partnering with 2700? Why 2700 player would spend his time for this?:)
  8. ITTF WTTTC Finals London 2026, 4/28-5/10

Tom is a Stiga sponsored player. He is using DNA Hybrid XH both sides
  9. I want opinions on my chances of pro

In my opinion, try to find a reference to follow. For example, Kanak Jha. You can clearly see his progress over his TT career from August 2006 when he was 6years old. He reached 2000 at 9 yo. At his 13 yo, he was 2500. I don't wanna sound brutal, but are you sure you want to hear a real truth or...
  10. Advice to slow down timo boll alc in short game

+1 of training of "soft" hands. Overall, your setup is pretty well balanced
  11. I have Stiga Clipper Wood dornenglanz ox. I need advice on good inverted rubber so i can throw down monster forehands

STIGA Helix Platinum Hard\ExtraHard (which are not that hard actually) are one of the best ESN tensor rubbers today.
  12. Is Table Tennis gear cheaper in Japan?

This is a good seller, I used it several times and was satisfied with the original equipment
  13. New Blade: Tibhar Darko Infinity Carbon

I wish one day BTY would make something like this. No offence to Tibhar, but my strong belief is that QC for Tibhar is not that good as BTY
  14. Tensor vs Hybrid rubbers

Used to play with hybrids rubbers last 2 years (D09c, DNA Hybrid), switched to Zyre-03 first and now to Helix Platinum - I believe hybrids rubbers time is ticking (maybe 2-3 years more before more players will switch to the new generations of rubbers from BTY and Stiga)
  15. DIGNICS 05 which booster to use ?

And hello tennis elbow, shoulders, back muscles and other problems :)
  16. USATT Ratings down?

Yes, it's getting better, but still, you have to click too many buttons to navigate
  17. Zyre-03 2.5 vs DNA Platinum XH vs Helix Platinum XH

Yeah, I found it for myself as a surprise as well. But in one of STIGA instagram post, there was a comment from someone from Sweden that Truls actually doesn't use Helix, he still plays with DNA Platinum. I can't rely on the comment 100%, but this sounds a bit interesting :)
  18. Zyre-03 2.5 vs DNA Platinum XH vs Helix Platinum XH

Hey all, I just wanted to share my personal experience with these three rubbers to summarize my opinion and, hopefully, help others simplify their future choices. For reference: Zyre-03 2.5 was used on my FH with Timo Boll ALC DNA Platinum XH and Helix Platinum XH were both used on my FH with...
  19. Butterfly Zyre 03

After spending 3 months with Zyre03 and TB ALC, hundreds of hours practicing, my conclusion - great rubber, but very sensitive to humidity (as probably many non-hybrid or non-tacky rubbers). The problem is becoming worse, when our hall is getting more that 70% humidity and many balls just go to...
  20. ITTF Men's and Women's World Cup Macao 2026, 3/30-4/5

Seeing a lot of "wet" spots on a table, too manu unforced errors into nets and players looking at their blades - looks like the halls have pretty high humidity and it impacts the rubbers grip a lot. Who adopts to this conditions faster is a winner :)
